Returns & Refunds
The deadline for last orders for Christmas is 12 midnight 09.12.24. Orders placed before the deadline will be dispatched on 10.12.24. Any orders placed after that will be dispatched on 06.01.2025. HAPPY CHRISTMAS to all customers.
We are confident at Mantis Home Direct that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied, for any reason, you may return your order free of charge (free returns apply to UK orders only).
All we ask is that you either email us at info@mantishomedirect.co.uk or write to us at our returns address within 14 days of receipt of your order and inform us that you wish to return your order.
Please return your order unused and in its original packaging and give a reason for the return. Please ensure that your returned order reaches us within 28 days of receipt of your order.
Email us the cost of your postage and on receipt of the returned order we will refund the original cost and delivery charges and UK return postage costs . Customers must pay the postage for all orders returned from Europe or The Rest of the World, unless the item is faulty.
