Terms and Condtions
Our terms and conditions are very simple. We want you the customer to be totally satisfied with your purchase.You may return your order for any reason and receive a full refund all we ask is that you:
1. Contact us by email or letter within 14 days of receipt of your order stating that you wish to return your order.
2. State a reason for the return.
3. Return the order unused in the original packaging to our returns address within 28 days of receipt of order.
4. Email us the cost of return postage. We will refund the return postage for UK orders only.
5. Email us within 24 hours of receipt of order if the order is damaged and then return order as above. Please email photo evidence of fault. We will refund return postage for all destinations only if the item is faulty.
On receipt of the returned order we will refund the original cost and delivery charges and return postage cost (refund of return postage applies to UK orders only unless item is faulty).
Please obtain proof of posting when returning orders.
